Maria Minnis presents: Healing Unconscious Bias with the Tarot at the Modern Witches famed Witches Confluence!

Witches gather in 2024 to cast spells for collective liberation, pleasure, and global sustainability. This year, our Witches Confluence event is devoted to what makes witches radical: spiritual activism. Join us in San Francisco, CA, for presentations, workshops, and rituals from your favorite witches, all with the central focus of cultivating hope and rising energy for restorative change.

Our 2024 gathering is also the celebration of the publication of our first anthology: A Confluence of Witches. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to connect with fellow witches, honor your spiritual path, and find joy in the process.

How do we know we love ourselves when we contain multitudes? Whose language do we use to define our “enoughness”? What does writing our own stories look like in a world where people are increasingly divesting from colonial, oppressive perspectives of true love?

Explore these questions and more in this interactive workshop where Maria Minnis will guide us in interrogating our deeply ingrained patterns and beliefs around truly seeing and loving our inner selves. Participants will learn about and practice ways to address internalized biases, double-consciousness, and blocks around showing up more bravely and authentically. The workshop will also cover how to create self-care practices that disrupt mythical norms perpetuated by cultural imperialism and patriarchy.

The hybrid class will include a lecture, individual & group activities, discussion, and time for questions.

A monthly gathering on the last Friday of the Summer months complete with guest stars, playlists, and cocktail and mocktail recipes for each theme.

Participants will be encouraged to forgive themselves for being human, admit their flaws and judgments in a safe space, and begin to take small, everyday actions toward a more equitable world.
